When ordering a scented candle, the colour of the candle may vary slightly from the palette.

Our candles are more suitable as decorative pieces. Due to the unique design of our candles we DO NOT GUARANTEE that your candle will burn out completely.

Sculpture candles are designed for decorative purposes if you do decide to burn your candle please follow our candle care guide.

All of our candles are carefully handmade using natural soy wax, so slight variations in colour, texture, frosting and finish may occur. These are natural characteristics of soy wax and are part of what makes each handmade candle unique.

Scented candles may also vary slightly in colour depending on the fragrance oil used.

For the best and safest burn:

• Trim all wicks to approximately 5mm before each use.
• Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from draughts.
• Keep away from children, pets, curtains and other flammable materials.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.
• Allow the candle to cool fully before handling or relighting.

Burn behaviour can vary depending on the candle design. Container candles should be allowed to form an even melt pool where possible, while sculpture and decorative candles may naturally melt unevenly or drip due to their shape.

Always place sculpture candles on a suitable heat-resistant candle plate or tray before lighting.

Due to the handmade nature and individual design of each candle, we cannot guarantee that every candle will burn away completely or in exactly the same way.

Please note: Coloured candles contain pigments that may transfer or stain some surfaces as the wax melts. Always place your candle on a suitable heat-resistant candle plate or tray, and avoid direct contact with porous, delicate or light-coloured surfaces.

Environmental factors such as room temperature, airflow and wick length can also affect how a candle burns.

Dispatch Times

Our handcrafted candles are made and prepared with care. Please allow 2–5 working days processing time before your order is dispatched.

Ready-to-ship candle products may be dispatched sooner where stock is already available.

UK delivery starts from £3.50, with the final shipping cost calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery service selected.

Free standard delivery on orders over £50.

Express delivery options are available at checkout where applicable.

For added peace of mind, we use a tracked delivery service. Your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed and dispatched.

Returns

If you need to return a candle, please contact us within the return period stated in our Returns Policy.

Returned candles must be unused, unlit and in their original condition and packaging.

Personalised, custom-made or made-to-order candles may not be eligible for return unless faulty, in line with your statutory rights.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your candle arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs so we can help resolve the issue.
